She is currently a Lead Technical Writer at Kovai.co. With experience in education and the software industry, Janeera has published numerous research papers in national and international journals and conferences, as well as authored books and book chapters. Her expertise includes writing software manuals, release notes, UI text, technical guides, e-learning courses, research proposals, marketing content, video scripts, and presentations.
