Document360 Drive is a centralized media library within the portal for uploading and managing images, videos, files, and other assets. Files are hosted on a CDN and can be reused across multiple articles.
What happens to articles when a file is replaced in Drive?
When you replace a file using the Replace action in Drive, the file retains its existing CDN URL. All articles that reference that file automatically reflect the updated asset without requiring any changes to the articles themselves.
