What does the Document360 overview page show?

The Overview page displays cards for workflow tasks; article performance metrics (views, reads, likes, and dislikes); reader feedback; inline comments; broken link counts; and project-level usage stats, including total readers and Drive storage usage.

Is the Overview page the same for all users?

No. Contributors see analytics and tasks related to their own articles. Admins have access to two tabs: Content overview (combined contributor metrics) and project overview (organization-wide metrics including reader counts and failed searches). The Project overview tab is only visible to admins.

What does the project overview tab show?

The project overview tab shows cumulative metrics, including total readers, Drive storage usage, and failed searches (broken down by knowledge base site search and Eddy AI search). These metrics are not filtered by date.

Where can I view workflow tasks assigned to me?

Workflow tasks assigned to you appear in the Tasks card on the Overview page, organized by due date (today, this week, overdue). You can also access the standalone Tasks page from the left navigation bar.
