With the article redirection feature in Document360, you can easily set up, manage, and automate URL redirects, ensuring that even if your content moves or changes, users will always find what they’re looking for.

Steps to Access This Feature:

  1. Navigate to the knowledge site settings in Document360.
  2. Manage your redirect rules from this central page—edit or delete as needed.
  3. Choose between the “Ends with” or “Replace with” redirect types.
  4. Set up the source and destination URLs based on the type selected.
  5. Export the list of rules to a CSV file.
  6. Use the search and filter functions to navigate large lists efficiently.
  7. Download the CSV template for bulk redirects.
  8. Upload the file, validate, and review the redirect rules before finalizing.
