The content can be in any form, such as PDF, Word document, Online articles, Website content, etc., There can be 4 to 10 stages of the DDLC depending on the documentation approach, with the common steps being – analysis and planning, designing, content development, proofreading and editing, publishing, implementation, approval, and maintenance.
