Who can become a solution partner?
Any registered entity with a valid website, experience in reselling SaaS solutions, with a prospective customer base can become Document360’s solution partner.

Who can I sell the products to?
You can sell the product to any new business that is not an existing customer or an active prospect of Document360.

Who is an active customer/prospect?
An active customer is already a paid user of Document360, and an active prospect is already listed as a lead in our portal.

On what basis is the commission structure determined and how will I receive my commission?
The commission structure will vary based on the lead generation process. Partners who source their own leads will receive a higher commission compared to partners who are provided leads by Document360.
The commissions will be transferred directly to the partner’s bank account.

How long will I receive my commission?
You will receive your commission as long as the customer renews the product.

Are partners required to sign an agreement to become a Document360 partner?
Yes, each partner is required to sign an agreement to be onboarded as an official partner.

Do partners get a free account of Document360?
Yes each partner will receive a demo account of Document360, but if a partner wishes to use the product for their business, they are required to purchase a license.

What if the pricing plan changes during the commission period?
The commission structure will remain the same for the existing period, but in the consecutive agreements the terms will be updated.

How does the lead registration/attribution process work?
In terms of lead management, there are 2 categories.
Partner sourced leads
Leads generated by the partner through outbound marketing efforts.
Leads provided by Document360
Leads assigned to partners by Document360.
For partner sourced leads, the partners are required to register the lead with their dedicated partner manager, and the prospect will be verified and attributed under the partner’s name.
For leads provided by Document360, they will be registered under the partner’s name based on geographical data. The partner must carry forward with the nurturing process and regularly update the status to their dedicated partner manager.

How can I access marketing collaterals?
Each partner will be provided with an access to a dedicated cloud drive housing a partner enablement kit that contains collaterals such as product brochure, product guide, and other go to market materials.

How does the partner enablement plan work?
Onboarded partners will undergo thorough product training, complemented by a comprehensive 0 to 90-day enablement plan. Additionally, our partners will enjoy exclusive access to a personalized enablement kit tailored to their specific needs. To further enhance collaboration, Document360 is committed to organizing co-marketing initiatives for eligible partners, fostering mutual success and growth.

Do partners receive marketing/sales support?
Yes, partners are eligible for marketing and sales support from Document360. The support may vary from partner to partner based on the partners’ organization, growth, location, portfolio etc.

What kind of marketing/sales support do partners receive?
Partners will be enriched in running campaigns, presenting product demos, and strategizing go to market efforts.

Are partners allowed to carry out implementation and other related services?
As an onboarded partner, you will be eligible to undertake product related implementation and services like technical writing, customization, and more, following a rigorous performance assessment.
