It is a really easy way to keep a record of all the processes and instructions from your department and the rest of the company.
Since it has videos and pictures, it is easier to follow, even if you do not know anything about the process you are looking for. The fact that it requires each of the organization’s members to go through each of the recorded processes makes it easier for the company to implement it while also increasing the number of times we use it, turning it into the go-to place for us to check every process ever recorded and solve any issues we may have without bugging anyone.

“Scribe helps share training processes quickly and easily”
– Ease of use. We were able to add multiple team members quickly and easily and they were able to learn how to use Scribe just as quickly and easily, regardless of their level of knowledge.
– The options for how to integrate a Scribe into different systems worked well for the many training systems we use.
– We just revamped our entire training system and were creating multiple Scribes per day. The Pages feature helped to keep us organized throughout, even with frequent use.
– Sharing and Collaborating was easy, as well.
It was easy to implement our account, and it’s also nice that we can turn it off and on easily as we find ourselves increasing our frequency of use or taking a break.
