How to create and manage your articles in knowledge base software
The home dashboard is the first thing you will see when you log in to Document360. It is where project members will create categories, articles, manage files, users, set up knowledge base site branding, domain and so on. Anything you configured on the project dashboard will affect what end-users will see on the knowledge base.
