Who can I refer the product to?
You can refer the product to any business that is not an existing customer or an active prospect.

Who is an active customer/prospect?
An active customer is someone who is already a paid user of Document360, and an active prospect is someone who is already listed as a lead in our portal.

Is there a limit on the number of leads I can refer the product to?
No, there is no limit on the number of leads you can refer to; however, they must not be an existing lead.

When will I be eligible to receive the commission?
You will be eligible to receive the commission once the lead becomes a customer.

How does the lead registration and tracking process work?
You can share the details of your potential prospect with us via mail or register the details on the lead registration form provided by us. The lead will be attributed under your name, and you will be notified on the lead status periodically.

How long will the referral link work?
The referral link will be active for a period of 90 days, after which it will expire and no longer support referrals.
