Configuration
- Log in to your Document360 portal.
- Go to “Settings” > “Knowledge base site” > “Integrations.”
- Select “Segment” from the list of available integrations.
- Click the “Add” button.
- Enter your Segment ID.
- Click “Add” to complete the process.
