Configuration

  1. Log in to your Document360 portal.
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Knowledge base site” > “Integrations.”
  3. Select “Google Analytics” from the list of available integrations.
  4. Click the “Add” button.
  5. Enter your Google Analytics Measurement ID (starts with GA).
  6. Click “Add” to complete the process.
