  1. Save you hours of effort, following are the simple steps to do it:
  2. Document360 settings access: Extensions ➔ Setup Zendesk
  3. Zendesk Federated Search Configuration: subdomain, admin login, API token.
  4. Workspace and Language specified, then save.
  5. In Zendesk: knowledge icon ➔ external source ➔ select workspace.
  6. You can now easily search for and share articles directly in Zendesk.
