What is Backup in a Knowledge base?

Backup is a protected copy of important data, be it, files, data, or entire systems, stored separately from the original, so it can be restored in case of full or partial data loss. It is a systematic data protection process against data loss, hardware failure, or other unforeseen events of equipment failure, human error, power outage, cyberattack, natural disaster, or other unplanned data loss events. Backups are stored for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted from the system.
